Presentation & result
After we presented the main project of UX solution, we initially pitched the V GROW service design idea to our client as well. We received the feedback on the similarity of their on going project and the client would like to pass our V GROW pitch to his team for consideration as well.
My learning
The user research and Needs mapping can reveal the new business potential(s) which waits to be picked up. Gut-feeling and self-initiative are important keys to drive the new vision.
